Shipping and Return Policy


Orders are generally shipped in one business day after receipt. 

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.

Red River Paper uses FedEx and UPS for shipments.  The carrier used is at Red River Paper's sole discretion.  

Shipping services offered include Ground, 2-Day, and Next Day Air. 

Ground - Delivery in 1-5 business days starting the day after we ship your order. 
2-Day Air - Delivery the second business day starting the day after we ship your order.
Next Day Air - Delivery the next business day after we ship your order.

Weekends are not business days.
The day we ship your order is not included in the estimated delivery time.

Delivery Time Guarantee - Red River Paper no longer guarantees delivery time. There will be no shipping refunds if your order arrives after the expected date.  There are no exceptions.


Unopened items (all rolls in a box must be sealed in their pouch) may be returned for a retund, minus the original shipping charge, within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for returning the item to us via a shipping carrier of your choice. The item must return in perfect, resellable condition or refund will not be processed.

Exchanges - Should you purchase the wrong item and want an exchange for another item Red River Paper carries, you can send the item back to us within 45 days of purchase. You are responsible for shipping charges to return the item, and for shipping charges for the replacement product.

Damaged Items - If an item arrives damaged, contact Red River Paper immediately. We will work to send a replacement and retreive the damaged item. You will be asked for photos of the damage including the shipping box, item box, and items.
